Returns

Because of the nature of accessories (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings and more), pieces can't be returned once they've been received — this protects the health and safety of all our customers.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted in one case only: a manufacturing defect in the piece when it's received.

To request an exchange

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order — on WhatsApp at 01031096799.
• Send a photo or video that clearly shows the defect.
• The piece must be unused and in its original condition.

After we confirm the defect

We replace the piece with the same model (if available).
