What are your pieces made of?

Every Ella piece is 18K gold plated — a layer of 18K gold over a base metal. That's what keeps the prices where they are while still giving you the warm look of gold.

Will the colour change over time?

Plating wears with wear. How quickly depends on your skin chemistry and what the piece is exposed to — water, perfume and lotion are the main culprits. The Care page has the full routine for making it last.

How do I look after my pieces?

Short answer: put them on last, take them off first, wipe them dry after wearing, and store them somewhere dry. The Care page goes into detail.

What sizes do you have?

Our pieces come in one size. Where a specific length matters, it's noted in the product details.

How much is delivery?

80 EGP in Cairo & Giza, 95 EGP in Lower Egypt (Delta & Canal cities) and 110 EGP in Upper Egypt. It's calculated at checkout from your address — see the Shipping page.

How do I place an order?

Add what you want to your bag, open the bag, and go to checkout. You'll get a confirmation email with your order number once it goes through.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Message us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page as soon as you can. If it hasn't been sent yet, we'll do what we can.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Pieces can't be returned once received, for hygiene reasons. Exchanges are accepted only for a manufacturing defect: contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo or video of the defect, and the piece must be unused.
