How an order works

1. You place your order and get a confirmation email straight away, with your order number.
2. We prepare and pack it.
3. We get in touch with the delivery details for your area.

How long does it take?

Delivery time depends on where you are. If you want an estimate before you order, message us on WhatsApp at 01031096799 and we'll tell you.

Checking on an order

Your confirmation email has your order number — send it over when you get in touch and we can look it up.

Wrong or incomplete address

Contact us as soon as you notice. Once an order has left us it's much harder to change, so the sooner the better.
