Refund policy

Returns
Because of the nature of accessories (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings and more), pieces can't be returned once they've been received — this protects the health and safety of all our customers.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted in one case only: a manufacturing defect in the piece when it's received.

To request an exchange
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order — on WhatsApp at 01031096799.
- Send a photo or video that clearly shows the defect.
- The piece must be unused and in its original condition.

After we confirm the defect
We replace the piece with the same model (if available).

أولاً: سياسة الاسترجاع
نظرًا لطبيعة منتجات الإكسسوارات (حلقان – أعقاد – أساور – خواتم…)، لا يُمكن استرجاع أي منتج بعد استلامه حفاظًا على صحة وسلامة العملاء.

ثانيًا: سياسة الاستبدال
يسمح بالاستبدال فقط في حالة واحدة:
• وجود عيب تصنيع في المنتج عند استلامه.

يُشترط للاستبدال:
• التواصل خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.
• إرسال صورة أو فيديو يوضح العيب بوضوح.
• أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية.

بعد التأكد من العيب، يتم:
• استبدال القطعة بنفس الموديل (إن وُجد).
